This Natural Process coffee comes straight from our family’s land at Spirit Mountain Coffee Farm in the Dominican Republic — a coffee shaped by patience, sun, and trust in the process.

Only fully ripe cherries are selected and laid out whole to dry slowly on raised beds. Over several weeks, the fruit gently ferments around the seed, allowing sugars and character to deepen naturally before the coffee is hulled and rested. Nothing added. Nothing rushed.
